This is an initial intake questionnaire for individuals who are contacting MANN Trial Attorneys for the first time. Based on your answers to these questions, we will route your inquiry accordingly once we have identified whether there are any conflicts of interest, and whether we handle the particular type of case you are inquiring about.


If there are no apparent conflicts, and your matter falls within our expertise, you will receive a call or email with follow-up questions better-catered to your specific matter. Once those follow-up questions are completed and submitted to our office, an attorney will evaluate your case details and do one of the following: (1) accept your case and initiate the sign-up process to hire our firm, or  (2) direct your case manager/intake specialist to gather more details, records, supporting evidence, or other items before making a determination, or (3) coordinate with you to schedule a FREE attorney-client consultation, or (4) inform you (in writing or during a call/consultation) of our evaluation and what our decision is with regards to representing you in this case. 


In some cases, a combination of 1, 2, 3, and 4 are likely, while others may be more straightforward. Please be patient and make sure you cooperate with our intake team. After all, we are not just evaluating the factual merits of your case—we're also evaluating whether we are a good fit for each other! We work hard for our clients, and it is important to us that we are fighting for good causes AND good people! If we accept your case—that means we believe in the case AND in you. We expect you to do the same with us—that is, if you for some reason decide we are not the right fit, you should make that clear, request a client satisfaction and expectations meeting with your attorney, and make an informed decision after being heard and hearing both sides.
